Our experienced team of Chartered Physiotherapists and Pilates instructors in Brighton are here to support your recovery back to health and wellness.
Mahli graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Brighton and is a Chartered Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and CSP.
He began his career within University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, completing a wide range of developmental roles including musculoskeletal physiotherapy, orthopaedics, elderly medicine and acute stroke. This broad experience has provided Mahli with a strong foundation in rehabilitation and helping patients regain confidence and independence following injury or illness.
Mahli has a particular interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries and exercise rehabilitation. He has worked as a physiotherapist in Australia and provides pitchside physiotherapy at rugby and football fixtures, giving him experience managing acute sporting injuries and supporting athletes in returning safely to sport. Alongside his clinical work, Mahli has completed additional training in the assessment and management of vestibular disorders, enabling him to assess and treat patients experiencing dizziness and balance problems.
Mahli believes that understanding your goals is just as important as understanding a diagnosis. His approach combines education, hands-on treatment where appropriate and evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to each individual, helping you return to the activities that matter most to you.
Outside of work, Mahli enjoys keeping active through strength training, running, boxing and Muay Thai. He has a passion for travel, having spent time living and working in Australia and travelling throughout South East Asia.
